Non GMO and ripe Watermelons are used to make these IQF Watermelon Balls. The Watermelons are sorted and washed. Balls are made which are passed through individual quick freezers at a controlled temperature of -40^oC; they are then sieved and inspected. After allowing them through a metal detector, the IQF Watermelon Balls are then packaged under stringent hygienic conditions.
