Cooking Method
Edible oil should be used .he temperature of the oil should be 180^oC. Aratio of 200gm French Fries to 8 Litres of oil is recommened french Fries shold be added to hot oil in frozen state.Frying time of 2.3-3mins is recommended.Product to be cooked till desired:colour and crispiness is attained
